RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The only possible Return/ exchange is if your products have a manufacturing defect. Color grades are not considered as a manufacturing defect.

You can return purchased item within 7 days from the date you receive your items.

Returned items must be  in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels ( In tact conditions)

We do not offer exchange of any product. If you want other items , You will need to place a new order . 

We don't offer FTC ( Freight To Collect ) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.  

All returned items will be refunded within 10 days from receiving your return .
